The services and practice of Carolyn Grimes are characterized by A+ customer service and effective results. When looking for assistance with my Application for Naturalization, I took the time to research and contact seven different immigration law firms in the Indianapolis area. Most of them had me submit a web form and didn't offer a direct person I could talk to in a timely fashion. Some of them provided me with the opportunity to talk to Intake Specialists; however, they couldn't offer much basic help or information regarding costs, processes, and application timeframes. They then told me that an attorney would be calling me a day or so later. Overall, this felt pretty fruitless. Thankfully, when it came to Carolyn's office, I submitted a quick web form, and within an hour, she called me herself to discuss my situation and answered all of the questions I had. Out of all of the law firms I contacted, her office was the only one that truly seemed to want my case. I was sold immediately. Carolyn is knowledgeable, personable, and down-to-earth, but what really makes her stand out is the fact that she truly cares about your situation. Most attorneys will essentially let their paralegals handle everything when it comes to administrative tasks and matters related to the preparation of a case. That's not Carolyn. She will make herself available to you whenever possible throughout the entire process to walk you through everything you need to know and do. In the legal industry, that's a rarity. At the end of the day, my N-400 got approved in less than four months. It was a hassle-free walk in the park. Interviews with USCIS officers can be stressful, but even that felt easy with Carolyn. Of course, every case is different, but I'm certain that my N-400 outcome was a result of Carolyn's dedication and hard work. Carolyn is really amazing. She's empathetic, thorough, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. She gives you hope and really takes every step with you, covering all options and loose ends. With our case, we had a bit of a long and complicated history. But she thoroughly was able to understand and explain everything, and promptly got our case taken care of, communicating every step of the way. I cannot recommend Carolyn enough.
