I gave them a call and not even 30 seconds into the call, I was placed on hold for over 10 minutes. It's rude and unprofessional. They have to be better trained on customer service because a good customer service is checking in with the person on hold to let them know you have not forgotten about them. I'm glad I only wasted 10 mins instead of trying to hire them!
