I am writing this review to highly recommend Attorney Thompson for immigration services. I came to him with a complex green card application, and his expertise was invaluable from the start. In our initial consultation, he thoroughly and clearly explained the entire process in detail. We proceeded quickly, and his office efficiently prepared and submitted all necessary paperwork—including the spouse petition, work permit, Affidavit of Support, and all related documents. Everything was handled punctually and without flaw. We received our work permit shortly after filing. His guidance was particularly critical when preparing for the USCIS interview. Attorney Thompson took the time to meticulously prepare us, and his predictions were spot on: the interviewer asked questions that he had anticipated. It is evident that Attorney Thompson possesses a deep knowledge of immigration law and brings the benefit of over 30 years of experience. Furthermore, his fluency in Spanish was an added bonus that significantly streamlined the process for my family. I strongly recommend him.

I can't recommend Ron Thompson enough! My husband and I had a pretty complex green card case we needed to get submitted to USCIS. He helped us with all the paperwork, described the process step by step, submitted and checked everything for us, and really put our minds at ease. I had my work permit within a month of filing and my green card in hand in less than 5 months! Ron prepared us for the interview at USCIS and his advice turned out to be very helpful. He is very professional and his fluency in Spanish was a huge bonus.

Absolutely Horrible Experience - 0 Stars I would not recommend Ronald W. Thompson to anyone. He was completely unprofessional and failed to represent me in my divorce case in any meaningful way. I essentially did all the work myself while he did very little. Firstly, the consultation fee was not applied toward the service charge. He requested all my credit card statements and other documents, but they were never used for anything. The worst part came during mediation with my ex-husband. Ronald acted as though he was representing my ex instead of me. At one point, I even had to ask him if he was representing me or my ex-husband because he kept defending him, even though I had proof to the contrary. He wouldn’t let me speak, raised his voice, and was overall disrespectful. To make matters worse, Ronald canceled my court date at the last minute, claiming a scheduling conflict with another case. I was already in court waiting when he called me to inform me that the court had rescheduled the date. The judge even told me that it was Ronald’s decision to reschedule. He rarely returned my calls, was disorganized, and completely unreliable throughout the entire process. The only thing he did was show up in court for the final decision, and that was it. He stole my money for basically doing nothing. This was a huge headache, and I deeply regret hiring him. He's cheap for a reason—his services are not worth the frustration. I wouldn’t trust him with any legal matters. I don't even know how he's still practicing law. Save yourself the trouble—look elsewhere. I wish I can give this lawyer a 0 stars. I truly feel bad for the secretary that works for this clown.
