After months of going back and forth with my ex, I finally decided to hire an attorney and I only wish I had done it sooner. Going to this law firm earlier would have saved me a great deal of time, energy, and stress. They handled my divorce efficiently, and the outcome exceeded my expectations: my ex received nothing in the equitable distribution case. The sense of relief and freedom I feel now is incredible. This is a highly professional law firm that truly understands how to represent men effectively during divorce proceedings.

During this very difficult time in my life, I was recommended to this firm. Immediately upon describing my low circumstances, I was assured that a legal remedy was most likely available. I submitted the requested documentation and made a simple payment arrangement. I am totally disabled and cannot travel so the folks at the firm made every effort to assist me in all matters. Once the paperwork was complete, the attorney visited me at my Assisted Living home and completed the documents for me and electronically submitted them right there using her lap top computer. Sometime later, I was interviewed by phone by a court representative and answered some simple questions for which I had been prepared by my attorney's team. A few weeks went by and then I was notified by the court that my debts were "discharged", and I was free to begin with a fresh start. I greatly appreciate the process that my attorney's team walked me through while explaining clearly each step along the way. I have already recommended them to others. I wish them well, indeed.

I contracted the Law Office to support my husband and I as we changed our names after marriage. Overall, I was pleased with the service. They are knowledgeable, helpful and always got back to me with answers to my questions. My only complaint is the amount of time the process took, which was partially outside of their control due to the courts being slow to review and grant papers like these. But I do not hold the office accountable, as again they have little to no control over the time processing takes.

We had a minor traffic offense. Lisa Stewart was able to get this ticket dismissed. The office was quick to respond to my questions, even the odd ones. They provided updates in my case without me having to request them. They were definitely on top of their game through out the entire process. I would absolutely recommend them.

I am so happy that I found Attorney Lisa Stewart at the Law Office of Stephen E Robertson, I was looking for a Family Law attorney and came across her office and saw the great surveys and comments from her clients. From the moment I contacted her, all of my interactions have been positive. Her staff is also amazing. Attorney Stewart and her staff made something that seemed so complex to me seem so simple. Her and her team quickly went to work on my issue and got everything taken care of so efficiently. I am now using her again for another issue.
