Little back history Mr. Mills personally helped my mother with her issue with immigration also helped my brother about two or three years ago, so i personally felt like they are the to go person if I ever needed and immigration lawyer I have personally sent friends who have hired him, but I felt like I got the short end of the stick. I can only speak about my experience with the firm there is a lack of communication I have emailed with simple questions that could have been resolved with a quick reply nothing out of the ordinary. But instead I got silence and days go by and I make a call to the office to follow up and instead my case worker speaking to me, all I get is, she will call you back and instead of a phone call all I got was an email instead . Another incident was also when when my husband got arrested I emailed my case worker to inform her on what next steps I would take but got no response so I had to call a couple of days later to speak to her and the receptionist said that my case worker said there is no update and I informed them I know I check online instead of calling or emailing you guys. I’m calling cause my husband was detained. After my husband being detained and released we decided to cancel services on 11/21 since they gave me no hope I sent an email informing them of the cancelling services, surprise no response. Here comes 12/1 my card was ran for my payment which was declined which was on purpose because I had a feeling they would run my card, (didn’t even read my email), couple of hours later I get call about my payment I informed her that I cancelled their services via email on the 11/21 she said well on your contract it states to contact Melissa about payment I informed her again I cancelled via email to my case worker and if I had forgotten to contact you shouldn’t she replied to me to inform me out of courtesy or contacted you informing you. She said if I had the right email I said yes I emailed the same email from day one. She said she will inform her. Hour or two passed case worker called asking if I can forward the email since she never got it I told her I would and surprised she replied to that email that was forwarded. COMMUNICATION is very important.

Our attorney was Christine Mendoza and she was super kind and nice the whole process, she explained everything to us really well, easy and nicely, also the process was only two months and I got approved for my green card . I’m still in shock but this was an Excellent work. Thank you so much.
