She prepared my I-485 green card (permanent residency) application very carefully, making sure nothing was left out, and that is why my case went so smoothly. Now my application is approved! The staff was very professional. I had my toddler with me during the phone consult and they were very understanding. They definitely went beyond their way to answer all my questions.
