I started my pardon process in February of 2024. While the process is lengthy I am very pleased with the outcome. Ms. Jeffords and Ms. Wingo kept me up to date with everything that was happening. I was granted my pardon in January of 2025 and also had the charges removed from my background in February of 2026. My attorney was very thorough and I highly recommend this firm to anyone who needs an attorney. The power of Prayer works and these lady’s worked hard to make this possible for me. I now have a weight lifted off of me and can move on to better myself on my journey. Thank you so much Ms. Jeffords and Ms. Wingo.

My experience with this law office was not great. I contacted the office regarding a case on behalf of an incarcerated loved one and was told the consultation fee was $300 because they wanted to take the time to make sure they could be of service before they agreed to take us on as a client. I paid the $300 fee, the consultation happened, the Attorney came unprepared and really did not know what direction we were even trying to go with the case although it was explained to her intake team. It seemed as though she hadn’t taken a look at the case prior, had any talk track, or really anything. She then basically said she could not assist which is understandable. Had she just looked over the case for 2 minutes she would have immediately determined it’s something they could not assist with. The office also did not call to notify me that they could not assist. They informed my incarcerated loved one and I guess they figured the message would be relayed to me. She could be a great attorney, it seems like she is. I think there were missed steps here and I really did not appreciate having to pay $300 for an underprepared and uneducated consulation. I do appreciate that they did not lead us on just to take our money as clients.

Tonya Jeffords Saved my life. I hired her for my case about a year ago. Yesterday I went to trial and I beat a case that I was gonna get 30 years if I lost. My experience With Mrs. Jeffords firm was a great one. They kept me updated every step of the way even when I called and had a question they made it. They are obligation to make sure I have everything that I need to know she got my case dismissed if I need a lawyer in the future, I will definitely be coming to her.
