Everything was going good until It became clear that my lawyer had made an oversight. For the price that was being paid an oversight no matter how big or small was unacceptable in my eyes. In retrospect I feel like my attorney was more reactive opposed to proactive. This one simple oversight was something that was present since the very start and had it been caught by the attorney I could have been better mentally and emotionally prepared. Not to mention could have saved me thousands of dollars. At this point I feel like I paid thousands of dollars for nothing. I would not use this firm again if I needed any legal services.

I want to say do not retain this law firm for anything, they do not communicate with you. They are really good at acting like your case matters just to get you to retain them. I paid for a consultation and when I said I was going to retain.they will have you come into the office and later you will be charged for a office meeting and you were coming there to retain them. They will send the guy William in first and get you to sign some paperwork explain some things to you but he don't explain everything to you and he definitely don't break things down to so you can understand.Ashton was the attorney I had and they we're real unprofessional,I would send emails and call her and she wouldn't reach back out to me until weeks later. Then I had phone conversation with Ashton and William about issues I had with howy case was being handled and they both would not take accountability for the things the did and didn't do. William is a person who like to smart out the mouth to when he in the wrong and he always want to just move pass it and not take accountability for his actions. I had been calling Ashton Wilson for week and I had to keep calling the office to see if she was going to be in court the next day. I didn't here from her until the morning I had to go to court. SMH and when we got on court she didn't say anything, so basically I was charged for her showing up and not doing or saying anything. I could have just went by myseIf and save almost a little more than $1000. She also said after the court hearing when we left out tha she was going to send me a recap of what happened in court. I said ok but when they sent me and invoice they charged me for that but she never said anything aboute being charged for that. I didn't need a recap I. Was their and heard everything that was said. I had many issues with the billing they were charging me for everything little thing even things I shouldn't have been charged for. If you come across this law firm. I would seriously advise you to not put you trust in them and let them handle you situation.
