At the time, felt like the most lucky person in the world lately. So recently I retained Todd for a case. After reviewing my case he suggested I do a few things...and said I can fight harder for you to get the best outcome. After following his suggestions I got an education on why I was in the situation I was in and tools to proceed in the future.. Just before court I reached out to Todd on some loose ends I was taking care of and couldn't get a progress report. Todd was in court so I contacted Stacy (no E/snarky)in the office. Within 2 hours I had the email I needed, I had been trying for 2 days. It felt good to know I had a team fighting for me. A few days before court I informed Todd of the progress I've made with the tools he had given me. I expected him to respond to me as a client saying, next we will... He didn't he said he was proud of my progress. It made me feel he cared (means a lot) I had an idea of what my outcome would be... I had in my head a best case and a worse case scenario.
