Waste of time, I set an appointment with Bernadette L. Dunigan & they can’t even help me unless I was being evicted or had an unlawful detainer. Was rudely interrupted within the first 5 minutes of the call & they don’t recommend any other help they can give, just hanging up abruptly. Definitely will be reporting to the Bar association!

I waited 13 days for a intake appointment only to be told within the first 5 minutes that they do not have anybody who services Jefferson County. The website includes Jefferson County as a covered county. What is the point of listing a County on your website if you have no one to service it?

They ruined my divorce case. Even the judge was fed up with their incompetence so he dismissed the case. I'm reporting these idiots to the bar.

I'm sorry when I have to give one star. I don't understand about situation with others case, but with me, after I contacted with one volunteer here made my mental is worse. Before and after I contacted the first time, I hoped and I waited for to have another contact again, I tried to call her number 4 times, I wrote email and I begged her please give one more time to ask some questions (she said with only 1st email that "If you have any other questions, or if I got any information about your situation incorrect, please let me know and I will get back to you as soon as possible"). I don't know "as soon as possible" is how long? or if she can not help me, please don't promise. My mental is so bad, but after reaching this volunteer, my mental is worse and worse when waiting for. I'm sorry when saying this. If you need more information, please ask me any questions. Thank you.
