When my wife and I started this process I really didn't know what to expect. I quickly found out that I would have been completely overwhelmed with the immigration process and would have likely delayed any result by attempting to do it ourselves. But Martin Lester and his crew took care of everything for us with no problems at all. I have had to deal with lawyers before and I really can't say anything good about them, but Martin Lester is the exception. This is someone who really cares about their clients and is interested in getting their clients the best possible results. Our case had some challenges but he knew exactly what needed to be done and now we have our green card. They are responsive and go above and beyond to help and answer questions. My wife just got her citizenship and we could not have done it without Lester Law! The immigration process can be difficult and scary but we always felt like we were in good hands with Marty. I am really grateful for Lester Law, and the work they did for me. If you’re an immigrant looking for a way to stay in the US you really should consider reaching out to Lester Law. They are exceptional! I was worried I would not be able to work in the US anymore after not getting selected in the H1B lottery and with my OPT to be expired. Martin mentioned the O1 visa and we decided to give it a go! From the very beginning he gave me a guideline of what to prepare/provide and how we could achieve the goals. After, tireless working on my case for about a month gathering all of the information necessary, we were able to send the application to USCIS and the case was approved 10 days after it was received! I recommend them 100%!!!
