Paul and Melanie helped me through a very grueling process after a traumatic not at fault car accident that put me in a back and neck brace for just over three months! I questioned everything like I do, but it all turned out great and was handled perfectly. as promised, I paid a little less than 1/3 to the attorney for all of his work and though it took almost a year, the payout was very good. Granted 150k it certainly not worth losing three months of your life, especially when you have a parent that is dying during that time and a dog that got traumatized in the process As well as myself, But I couldn’t have asked for more from an attorney! I am very grateful!

I GOT HIT - I CALLED LIT. Thank you Litster & Frost, and specifically Josh Jimenez and Malia for supporting me through the entire journey. I was struck by a car in May 2025 as a pedestrian using a crosswalk. I’ve never been involved in such a situation and didn’t know what to do or even where to find help, but after some research, I landed at L&F. Being clueless about everything, everyone I talked to at L&F were accommodating, understanding, transparent, and helpful every step of the way. Josh and Malia ended up being my main contacts and they were both easy to work with and always on top of replies and communication. The whole process took about a year, and that may vary for different people depending on their circumstances, but I’m very happy I worked with L&F on obtaining a settlement. It was better than just taking the initial offer from the insurance company. Going off topic, I’d just like to say to all residents of Idaho: if you walk or run outside often, please protect yourselves with bright vests, lights, headlamps, or anything else that will increase your visibility for drivers. Protect yourselves and move with caution. I’m lucky to be alive, and lucky that L&F helped me through the whole process. Thank you Josh and Malia!
