They got back to me just minutes after I filled out the form on their website. We discussed the issue over the phone, and it turns out that I can probably solve the problem myself. Megan gave me some resources and made some suggestions. I appreciate their honesty. If I need more help, I'll give them a call!

Even after they fulfilled their obligations to me, they continued to help! That makes someone in the position I was in feel at ease. Can’t put a price on that!

Not in indy, found them using an indy address to be bit deceptive and the $800 for them to do a power of attorney and to pull your tax records and then tell you the same thing the IRS would tell you if you were to call them was ridiculous and then a quote of $7500 to amend tax returns. The guy that called me was definitely either a used car salesman or a timeshare salesperson prior to his current gig. The receptionist that I originally spoke with was very nice and made me feel that i had called a great firm and they were going to be able to help, but now I feel it's all about that initial $800 and the ridiculous $7500 quote is just their way to get you to go away. I recommend calling a local tax attorney for larger debts and to work with the IRS for smaller debts.....this company charged $800 to tell me exactly what the IRS had told me the day before for free!
