Working with a good Immigration attorney is so important, and Seth Lupton did an amazing job with our case! We wanted to file a marriage application on our own, but when we got confused, we thought hiring an attorney was best. From the moment we called in, our experience was great! First, we were scheduled for a free consultation. We were called an our information was taken down and then the attorney spoke with us about our situation. He put us on a payment plan to make things easier for us, and got us started right away! My spouse is from Mexico so it was great having so many people speak Spanish at the office. The legal assistant Yulisa who worked on our case with Seth was great! She was always helpful and answered any questions that we needed about the immigration process or what we needed to provide to make sure we had enough information for our marriage petition to be granted. You never know how these things are going to turn out and the anxiety is real! That’s why it’s good to have a good immigration attorney to have your back and make sure you know what’s going on. Seth always answered any questions I had and was responsive and helpful. He helped us get a work permit while we were waiting on the immigration interview and then finally when we got the date, the interview went GREAT! Thanks in large part to Seth preparing us for the immigration interview and making sure we weren’t scared or nervous. Now we finally have that GREEN CARD and legal status that we’ve been waiting for and can live without fear here in the United States! When we have to come back for citizenship we will DEFINITELY use Lupton Law!

I can’t thank Seth Lupton and Lupton Law enough for the incredible work they did helping me bring my mother from Guatemala. I tried to handle the immigration paperwork on my own at first, thinking I could save time and money. That was a HUGE MISTAKE! I ended up confused by all the forms and honestly just made a mess of the whole thing. That’s when I found Seth and his team. First they had someone call to get my information, and then the attorney called me after to talk about my situation. He reviewed everything I had submitted, explained exactly what went wrong, and laid out a plan to fix it. I just wanted to get a green card for my mom and finally felt like I was making progress! Thanks to their hard work, my mother is now safely here with us in the United Stats with me. I honestly don't know what we would have done without them. I would recommend this immigration law office and Seth Lupton a thousand times! My spouse and I got married outside of the United States, and while we were excited to start our life together, we were totally overwhelmed by the where to even begin to bring my spouse to the United States. I spent probably 10 hours trying to figure out the immigration forms before giving up and trying to hire an immigration attorney to help. Thankfully, we decided to schedule a consult with this incredible immigration law firm, and it changed everything. The staff here all speaks Spanish so it’s so easy for us to communicate, and Attorney Megan and Yulisa were our legal team. They helped walk us through the process and any questions we had.  I didn’t really understand the difference between a green card or visa here in the USA compared to overseas but they really helped it make sense! The only thing I could possibly complain about is that it did take a while for us to get the receipt notice from immigration, but Seth made sure we had a tracking number that showed it was delivered so I think the waiting just made us anxious! If anything that’s the government’s fault, go figure. One thing I really liked about this firm was their communication. We missed a call once with the attorney due to a scheduling problem Seth called us later in the day to apologize and took the time to speak with us then instead of making us wait.  I get that mistakes happen but I appreciate him taking the time to try to fix the issue! We’re finally both back in the United States with that visa and WE ARE SO EXCITED! Really can’t recommend this team enough and will definitely be back if I need anything else! Thank you for helping us achieve the American Dream!

One of my best friends from El Salvador got detained by immigration and I had no idea where to turn. Lupton Law and Seth Lupton made a complicated process super easy. Seth took the time during the free consultation to explain the immigration process to me and most importantly was HONEST about what the chances were. My friend had filed a marriage application before with his fiancé but it got denied and he had to figure out some other way to stay here in the United States. I really thought he was doomed but Seth and his expert immigration team really helped us! Seth and Gaby worked on this immigration case and were in constant contact with me and my friend’s family. Seth tried to get him out on bond but it was denied, then he appealed and we WON! They finally let him out and everything is going so much better now. Now my friend has his work permit and is fighting his case for legal status on the outside and can be with his family again. I 100% would recommend this place to anyone who needs competent immigration help.
