Thorough, experienced, insightful, those are just a few of the things I would use to describe Sam. We lost our son to an oil field accident. But it wasn't just an accident it was the result of negligence on the part of his employer. Itcant bring him back, but because of Sam and all his dedication there won't be any more deaths due to this type of cost cutting on the employer's part. I can't say enough about the work he does. My son drove my car to the bank for me. While he was stopped in traffic a man driving a tractor slammed into my car, practically totalling it. The insurance company of the person driving the tractor refused to admit fault and wanted me to pay for most of the loss. We went to Sam Madia. We are very happy with the results he got for us. He got my son a settlement he deserved. We couldn’t have done that ourselves. The other person’s insurance company pretty much bullied me into thinking I had to pay for most of the repairs and tow.
