I will highly recommend anyone to Richard Hanus and his firm. Richard is the best immigration attorney, and with success in complex cases. We were referred to him from a lawyer we respected and after other lawyers and agencies tried to solve our immigration problem. I think of one of best choices we ever made was to hire Richard. Richard Hanus made us feel very comfortable and explained the process each step of the way without making it overwhelming.  He is very down to earth, however made us feel very confident with our case. We had zero doubt that him and his team would lead us to a successful outcome. Richard Hanus and his firm came highly recommended by my aunt who is a retired judicial law clerk and knew about Richard through her wide network of judges and attorneys. Instead of being overwhelmed, we felt empowered to complete this important step in my husband’s change of status case. My Venezuelan husband and I first tried to tackle his change of status forms on our own, but the complexity quickly became overwhelming. When we began hearing reports of Venezuelans being deported without due process, we knew it was time to get serious about submitting his paperwork correctly. Richard Hanus is among the best, one of the top lawyers in the USA. He is an honest lawyer, always does what is fair and right. Me and my family were facing a very serious problem, including threats to my life and even a robbery attempt. With their help, my husband’s green card case was processed smoothly, quickly, without stress and most important, successfully.
