Reviews
We recently received our green card approvals, and we couldn’t be more grateful to Ms. Beata, Ms. Allison and their team for guiding us through every step of the process. From the very beginning, they were professional, responsive, and genuinely compassionate about our case. Our journey was long and at times uncertain, but Ms. Beata was always patient, thorough, and proactive. Their attention to detail and deep knowledge of immigration law gave us confidence and peace of mind throughout. What really stood out was how much they truly care about their clients. They treated us with kindness and respect, and we always felt like we were in good hands. We’re so thankful we chose this firm, and we highly recommend them to anyone navigating the immigration system. They are not only excellent attorneys but also wonderful human beings.
I have been a client of James Hallagan for a little while since he and his team helped me filing for my adjustment of status back like 20 years ago, I was referred by a cousins. James and his firm of colleagues and collaborators ( Ana Valenzuela and Luis Borrero ) really walked me through the whole process of getting my residency, they are very knowledgeable firm and today they still helping me with another case. I am very satisfied with their job and I can’t thank them enough ( James Hallagan). I am very satisfied with their service and I highly recommend them.
I have a wonderful experience with the team especially Aaron With my citizenship and also extremely helpful with the assistance of Arely who guided me with my family immigrant Visa. It is professionalism per excellence. No wonder they are the best in Chicago and environment. Trying them for your immigration needs Will convince and not disappoint anyone. I greatly recommend.
My experience with Minsky McCormick&Hallagan immigration law firm was a 5 stars. Beata Leja, the attorney that took over my long and very complex case, was highly professional and knoledgable. She clearly and precisley explained my options, and the steps that she recommended for us to take, in order to reach a positive outcome. I dealt with several orher immigration attorneys, before Beata Leja. But they all failed, and left my case in a dead end. When all hope was gone, after many years of waiting with no results, attorney Beata succeded very fast in obtaining my GreenCard. I highly recommend anyone that has any immigration issues, but in particular people with difficult and more complex cases, to retain the services of attorney Beata Leja.
Today, while sitting by the pool in sunny Southern California, I found myself reflecting on how lucky I am to live in this country. My journey started back in 2013 when I came to the U.S. on an F1 visa, and over the years, I went through the long and often stressful process of getting an EB-2 green card. Throughout that time, my employer worked with this law firm, and they handled everything—from my initial H-1B transfer and extensions to the PERM process and finally my green card. I was fortunate to work with attorneys Beata Leja and Anna Buskila. They were not only super professional and sharp, but also genuinely kind and understanding. Their help meant a lot, especially during the chaos of COVID and all the delays and uncertainty that came with changing immigration policies. They were always on top of things and made a really overwhelming process feel manageable. I’m incredibly grateful for their support and would absolutely recommend them to anyone dealing with the U.S. immigration process.
