My attorney vanished on me in the middle of my case, then Susan the owner quickly “tied up loose ends” and pressured me into ending my case. They then burned through almost a thousand dollars after telling me my case was closed. They also billed me for speaking to an attorney not representing me who told me she couldn’t give me advice because she wasn’t handling my case. Update:I did get a full refund for the billing of the other attorney, and I understand that what happened with my attorney was not a direct reflection of the law firm, but I do still believe I was misrepresented for what I wanted. After Susan closed my case promptly after starting to represent me, my case was reopened within 30 days.
