I was charged and arrested for DUI and immediately contacted the New Mexico Legal Group and hired Cynthia Payne as my attorney. From the moment I met Cynthia she clearly demonstrated her knowledge, experience and compassion for my charges. Cynthia and her Paralegal Jessica Toward were always very responsive to my questions and the legal process. Cynthia clearly explained the law as it applied to my case and all of the potential outcomes. Cynthia attended all of my pre-trails on my behalf and kept me informed of each outcome. Cynthia also attended my Motor Vehicle hearing concerning the revocation of my license, and as a result of Cynthia knowing that the officer was on a limited time to appear for the hearing, was able to get my revocation thrown out. Prior to my trial Cynthia prepared me for trail and demonstrated to me how thoroughly she had prepared to defend me. This gave me some assurance that at a minimum I would receive a fair trail. On the day of my trial Cynthia met with the DA and presented a motion to the Judge to suppress the arresting officers testimony for lack of providing all requested and required evidence in my case. The DA rebutted, but this is where Cynthia's legal expertise really shined - she cited the issues, the law and out classed the DA with her knowledge and legal citing's. The Judge granted her motion and my case was dismissed. Having Cynthia as my attorney was the best decision I could have made and I am recommending her to any family and friends who may need her services in the future.

I hired Attorney beaulieu and paid $5000 upfront for my custody matter in which my ex and his current gf were constantly harassing me making false police reports with false accusations against me and my other children a restraining order with all lies in order to be obtained no one ever investigated anything when I had verifiable proof of EVERYTHING they tryed to keep my kids called cyfd on me multiple times with false accusations about my living style in which all was deemed unsubstantiated even multiple times of them coming to my home on my property attacking me in front of all my kids in our front doorway and till this day all that has changed is filed paperwork a no contact order In Which they abide by none of it and still continue to harass me. for several months now my kids have cryed to not go with there dad and his gf on the scheduled weekends. This is clear example of the system failing our children R.I.P to the angels who did not get the help they needed who were overlooked because an adult painted a picture that was fake to get thru the system who in the end are the ones who hurt them whether it be physically or emotionally and the moms or dads that try to clear the clouds that these manipulative other parents create just to come out the other side with only a memorie or headstone of there child And when we take it in our own hands cause to see your child scared or fearful you do everything to protect them but then we end up being the bad one” oh she is withholding the kids from me” NOOO MY KIDS DONT WANT TO GO WITH YOU AND HER!! long story but I did not receive the services the fight the backup the belief that I was not in the wrong and I did not receive the trust in my words when I had everything to prove my side everything to show that every single accusation was false,lies, stories everything that would proved to a judge that my ex and his gf are psychotic and my kids know it they feel it they hear it they have seen it but yet Allison just wanted to negotiate more time with him. So I pray everyday my children are safe on the weekends with these psychotic manipulative compulsive liars! And I sleep with one eye open Definitely do not think the outcome was worth $5000 and then wanted more money
