I have been working with Robin and the Parnall Law office for approximately a year and three months. I really like having Robin as my case manager. I feel like I can reach out for any reason. Anytime I have had problems, Robin is quick to take care of it. I really haven’t had to do much on my own. If I need them I will return. I’m also adding to this 12/13/2025 that my lawyer Rob Johnson was a huge pleasure to work with as well. I feel they have gotten me the absolute best possible outcome. I would recommend!

One of the most helpful place's when hurt honestly, filled with amazing pleasant people starting from the beginning very easy to get a hold of someone. My case worker Catri helping and guiding through out the whole entire process, and my lawyer Rob just as patient and amazing as the whole entire team! Truly thank you guys you are the best I highly recommend every time!!!!

I just wanted to share my appreciation with Mark and JaNeisha. After dealing with my accident they made sure I didn’t have anything to worry about on the legal side of things.
