I rarely post reviews but this one renders a review. I paid $150 for a consultation in regards to a child custody case. I was contacted 1 week prior to my scheduled appt, which I thought was great! However, as the consultation went on I had to repeat myself several times and barely got to speak without interruption. After 25 minutes, he then tells me that he has not seen his son in 7 months and he was coming home in December?? I'm like can you represent me or not? He then processeds to tell me he does not want to take my case because he doesn't want to do the paperwork nor take up his time. I then asked what was the purpose of paying $150 to be told he doesn't have time and he's spending time with his son next month? Very disappointed and out $150.

MY GREEN CARD IS APPROVED! Thanks to Alec Nguyen's exemplary services. We engaged his office's service about the 2nd quarter of 2023. Since then, we were assisted and handled with utmost care and professionalism. We would also like to thank his amazing staff, Carolina. She was in all ways attentive. During the whole journey of processing my visa, we felt their sincere, personalized service. What impressed us was how he made it easy for us financially too. Do not hesitate to visit Alec's office for advice and tell him your current situation - he will really try his best to help. He made the whole journey/process easy for us. You may find other similar services around, but what will linger is the approach in doing it. Alec and Carolina felt like family already. We may drop by once in a while just to say "hi".
