I hired this firm as emergency representation due my ex-wife filing for divorce after 10 years . The divorce came about because I became ill and could no longer work. I have to say that this firm only provided poor/mediocre representation. Through the case the opposing council frequently schooled them. To make matters worse; this attorney withdrew from the case 2 weeks prior to the final hearing without any advanced notification. This is SERIOUSLY THE WORST $7000 I've ever spent.

My journey with Pacheco Law firm has been a long one but without them I couldn’t have done it . Sharice and her team do everything they can and then some . They treat you more than just a client but someone who matters . They do the best they can to work with you financially ! Even when sometimes it feels like nothing is happening they are constantly working on your case and in the court room as well as not in the court room have your best interest and defend you like no other . Thanks to Sharice, Jasmine, Brittani , Ikeland ( sorry if I miss spelled), and Thomas my outcome was everything I wanted . God forbid I ever have to go through anything like this again but if I do I’d without a doubt choose this firm over and over again . Thank you all again so much for EVERYTHING !!!! And God Bless you

When I hired Ms Pacheco it was after representing myself first. A hearing was coming up and the stress of dealing with my spouse's attorney was to much so I decided to hire Ms. Pacheco. I handed her over all the documents I had filed and additional documents for 1-123 and discovery, and explained the situation. Yet in April after questioning her style of representation she filed a motion that same day to excuse herself as my legal coucil, yet she was not able to file needed documentation after our meeting? Oh yes she did wish me luck via email. Ms. Pacheco should of been honest on how she conducted business and if she was not able to represent me in full capacity she should of told me and I could have saved thousands of dollars I paid her for doing minimal work. I would not recommend her to anyone, please save your money and find someone who will care about your financial and emotional situation. Oh if I could give her a negative 5 star I would.

I recommend before hiring Pacheco Law Firm you ask questions on Mrs Pacheco's ability to give you 100%. She will take your money and put you on the back burner as she puts your personal needs first. After giving her a large amount of money and never going to court, and having to represent ourselves after she decided to withdraw from our case. And not given money back. Very disappointed. And out of a lot of money.
