I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Brad, Elona, and the rest of their incredible team. My journey with immigration began with a different attorney. Unfortunately, that experience was frustrating and disappointing for a long time, I applied citizenship and they assured me my case was solid. However, once I paid their fees, everything changed. For over six months, communication was inconsistent or nonexistent. The office assistant’s only response was, "Your attorney will get back to you," which rarely happened. The situation took a turn for the worse when I finally received a call from the attorney. Instead of providing reassurance, they frightened me with exaggerated concerns about my case, asking for unnecessary details. This was devastating and made me realize their tactics revolved around creating fear to extract more money. It was clear I had to end this nightmare. Meanwhile in 2023, my eldest son applied for citizenship through Brad's office. His case was approved at the beginning of 2024, and the difference in professionalism between Brad’s team and my previous attorney was like night and day. At my son’s urging, I contacted Brad. From the moment he reviewed my case, he answered all my questions thoroughly, addressed my concerns with care, within a week, Brad and his team had submitted my application, and the process moved forward efficiently.
