We engaged Palumbo Law, their Rhode Island branch, for a rental property issue that involved filing and winning a court case, including going through an appeals process. The Palumbo team, Jeff Garabedian, Gisselly Patrinakos, Laurie-Ann Cianci were very responsive to our questions and concerns both on email and when calling their office. The case was not a run-of-the mill tenant/landlord issue. But they made us comfortable with the process and helped us navigate a complex situation. They were communicative, informing us of status at each step of the way. We will for sure continue to use them for future work, including advisory capacity.

I recently received a tax lien citation notifying me that my home would be foreclosed within the next 20 days due to fire tax missed payment. Never hearing of this I wasn’t sure if it was scam. I needed representation on a quick closing of a 3-family house and Julie was on it from day one.
