J. Miguel is a very talented and dedicated attorney. His dedication is quite admirable. It is refreshing to see a lawyer use their legal education, experience, and resources to help others. We met with Mr. Pedroza because my husband had a dismissed felony case and we wanted reassurance that it would not affect his interview. WOW!!!!! We were so not ready!! Our original lawyer had us sit in a “mock interview” where he interrogated my husband and had us so scared! I had spoke with Mr. Pedroza previously when the felony charges were filed and I was an emotional wreck! He was very patient and calm with me and let me know he would assist us. We started our process with a different lawyer and immediately wished we would have went through the entire process with Pedroza!!!! He helped us get the packets we needed, helped us scheduling appts in Juarez, and gave us a peace that we had every thing and he would be coming back. They made an emergency slot for us because we were leaving the following week. And he was leaving for vacation. I can not tell you how amazing this firm is!!!!!! Just walking in and the vibe, friendliness, professionalism, and peace talking with him about what we needed and expected from the last stages of the process was a blessing!!!!!! I recommend them and guarantee their ability!!!

I’m trying to be nice but they didn’t understand the basic immigration process from a L1A Visa to apply for. permanent residence. Maybe they have never done it before I guess. I understand the process 110% as we have be in consultation already We already have a quote from our original lawyer in town but I was price shopping. Looks like I will go back to our original lawyer that costs more but at least it will be done right. Tried to find a better deal but better to be safe than sorry. Ask lots of questions and be sure before you proceed!
