Mr. Bryan and his legal assistant Jen with this law office have been AN AMAZING HELP ALREADY JUST THIS LAST FEW WEEKS AS MY ATTORNEY THEY'VE HELPED MORE THAN WORDS CAN EXPRESS AND IM READY TO SEE THE OUTCOME!!! Me and my son are able to move now to our house in Maine we’re beyond blessed and thankful he took on my case!!! Thank you Mr. Bryan you and Jen are appreciated more than you know! First 2 months let me buy a house and now he’s dropped my case and I gotta return not willing to take me to trail nor has he did anything but let me buy a house and move out of state with my son to withdraw as my attorney super frustrated! Hopefully gonna get a publisher on this who use to be a lawyer I’ve been asking for these court hearings since August 6th and September 17!

My attorney and his paralegal didn’t just take notes; they showed genuine outrage and empathy for what I’ve been through. Worse Lawyer office ever! DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT HIRE THEM! They will steal your money and claim they have done services when nothing ever gets done. I paid over 7 grand to this place and they did nothing like i never even had 1 court hearing for my child support modifications. They stole money and said they needed another 2500 to continue service? What da hell? Why pay a service $2500 when nothing got done! I reported them to the bar because they need to be shut down immediately! They only care about lining there pockets and not fixing your problems. They will not fix it. Read the other 100’s of reviews where this office screwed them over and stole 1000’s of dollars from them as well. Dont hire them dont hire the dont hire them!

I hired two lawyers from this office one (Brain Carter) criminal lawyer and (Bryan Schell) one family domestic lawyer, they ended up only being money hungry, didn’t do one thing I asked them to do argued with me the entire time, didn’t do what their client wanted, had to have the last word, wasn’t prepared for trial when we were supposed to go to trial, after I paid them and everything. Ended up representing myself, and won my case. After I was out $5000 and no lawyer to help me, the company withdrawal from my case, only one of my lawyers was on the withdrawal document, I never even heard from my other lawyer about them withdrawing from my case, in other words, they left me hanging 100% with no contact. Never would return my phone calls and they overcharged me for gas. My first lawyer charged me 87 miles the first day., and it’s 50 miles there and back to the courthouse, they also charged me for three hours, and we were there for an hour. Be careful of your phone calls 15 minute phone call could end up in an hour phone call for $350. Billing will not help you either. I’ve already tried. They want you to go to court to fix anything in this office. Otherwise they’ll hang up on you and say have a good day. So if you hire somebody from this office, I would make sure they’re doing their job correctly and make sure their miles are right before you get the next invoice. Otherwise you won’t get anything done. They do not return phone calls and they just don’t care they will hang up on you. Caution when hiring a lawyer from this office. Wasn’t a good experience whatsoever for me. Poor choice. They try to intimidate you for control. Stand in your ground. Just because they’re lawyers they’re not right. It’s something I just went through. 12-03-2025 reply 👇🏼 I appreciate your feedback, finally. I appreciate you just having communication with me, finally. I called your law firm and told you that I had this comment up there 1 hour after it was posted and you were fully aware of this comment & my problems at your firm. Haven’t had a phone call yet from your law firm to fix anything? I just got an email from you stating I have a $420 balance? That can’t be right, I don’t even have a case with you!? You not only need to fix your communication in your office. You need to fix your billing issues as well. And while you’re at it, go ahead and tell your lawyers to do their jobs when you pay him/her $2500 a case depending on if it’s evergreen or a flat fee doesn’t really matter, right!? You stated, “Our firm places a strong emphasis on communication” this is simply not the “case” And you said, “We regret if you felt uninformed or abandoned at any point in the process” the key word here is “felt”, I was “abandoned” from your law firm (Mr.C). There is no “felt” here. Facts. I’m sorry you can’t hold yourself accountable for your mistakes. Isn’t that what the law stands for justice? I will be taking no justice with me from your law firm. Only out $5,000 with no lawyers and a won case with no lawyers. But thank you and you’re welcome for my money and thanks for wasting my time and causing me more emotional damage. I appreciate your feedback. It should be a little bit more honest.
