I’m really glad I was recommended to this immigration service. I’m a very scared person and with everything that has been going on this year I was really scared to go to my immigration appointment but my lawyer Mr . Perez was really transparent with me with everything that what was going to happen and insured me that my case was solid and if it wasn’t he was going to be straight forward with me . After my immigration hearing my green card arrived 3 days later I was surprised and relieved, I’ll definitely recommend them . The paralegal Katia S . I highly recommend Perez & Malik, PLLC for anyone seeking immigration legal services. Mr. Malik and Melissa helped me prepare my EB-1B green card application, and I couldn't have been more satisfied with their expertise and support. Mr. Malik has extensive knowledge about how USCIS officers review applications. He helped me tailor my application materials to align closely with the official review criteria. Although it was a lot of work on my end to secure strong recommendation letters, Mr. Malik provided invaluable guidance, especially in helping me focus on communicating my contributions to my field in a clear and compelling way. For my I-140 and I-485 application forms, Melissa was outstanding. She guided me carefully through the form-filling process and was very detail-oriented, ensuring that nothing was missed and that everything proceeded smoothly. In addition to handling my EB-1B case, Mr. Malik went above and beyond by assisting me with a complicated issue regarding my I-94 status. Despite two attempts to correct it through re-entry into the U.S., CBP was unable to update my I-94 to reflect my renewed H-1B expiration date. Mr. Malik personally contacted the CBP office at San Antonio Airport (SAT), clearly instructed me on who to speak to, and how to resolve the issue without having to leave the country again. Thanks to his help, I was able to get the issue resolved, and both my employer and I were extremely grateful for his support—especially since this was outside the original scope of my green card contract. Overall, Mr. Malik and his team are incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and professional. Their support made a very complex immigration process much more manageable.
