So far I’m Not having a good experience with this firm. I had a lady, katherine Díaz, contacting me a few days ago. She asked me to send her my paperwork and I did. She said she would contact me again the next day. We talked, I told her about my situation and we agreed on her calling me again the next day and she never did. Few days later she called, told me she would call later cause i wasn’t available at the time, and again, she never did. I’ve texted, called and when I told her if she wasn’t interest on taking my case, to please say so i could find someone else, she texted but again no information whatsoever. If you don’t like wasting your precious time, don’t even try contacting this firm. Very unprofesional

I’ve been waiting for more than a year for a document that needs my name to be corrected and I can’t even get a response from them. I have gone through 3-5 paralegals in my case they get a negative -10 in communication. Would not recommend AT ALL. This process has been way too long and is due to the lack of communication.

Rateros!!!!!!! I asked for a detailed bill of where my money went and they called me claiming they would send it to me but after 2 months I have nothing! They don’t even pick up the number they give you in these reviews.REPORT THEM TO THE BAR!!!!!!

Terrible experience!! Stay away, far from this place. First and most importantly, I never met with the attorney William Matos; he refused to face up to what was going on with my case, and so many people there were constantly confused about who was handling my case. I waited 3 years for this family petition and for them to tell me there was nothing else to do. They didn't do anything for my case. All this law firm does is take your money. It was just a waste of time and money they refused to refund. They don’t care about the people and all the trust we put in them. I will not recommend this law firm for anything. I regret coming here and am so disappointed they gave us false hope, making us wait years.

Rateros! These people are thieves they take your money and make false promises! They never have copies of your contract because they are old cases! By that a case from 2020 is old for them! I am still waiting for the copy of my contract and all they tell me is you should have a copy when legally they are required to give you a copy when asking. They prey of peoples lack of knowledge stating that US kids over 21 can file for parents on hardship but that is not true! I asked to talk to William Matos and was told I had to go through paralegals first that don’t know English nor laws. Please don’t waste your money! Please Everyone who was played by these people report them to the Georgia Bar maybe then they can understand! Paid thousands, got excuses. In my opinion, they prey on trust and deliver nothing. Avoid at all costs.
