When you’re choosing a lawyer you will want someone who is honest and easy to talk to. I found both in Andrew Garcia. He went slow and never rushed us. He answered all of our questions and pointed us towards the proper legal documents that we needed. I referred my mom and she was more than happy. He listened to her worries and concerns and helped her as well. I would trust him and anyone else he refers us to depending on what our needs are. He has returned our calls when we have questions and has been very supportive ! He is a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

I reached out to this firm about an unpaid wage issue. Carlin Phillips responded quickly at first and even said he would move forward with a demand letter once my unemployment claim was approved. After I provided the documents and updates he asked for, I never heard back - no response to multiple follow-ups. It was disappointing and unprofessional to be left without closure after clear initial engagement - not something you would expect from a professional law firm that cares about its clients. I would have appreciated a clear yes or no instead of being ghosted.

Andrew did an excellent job with my very complicated estate plan. I too am an attorney in this community and Andy Garcia is the person I trust most to handle my family's Estate Planning needs. I had previously referred friends and relatives to Andy for Estate Planning work and all were pleased with the results. His Paralegal Cindy is top notch.
