I applied for Social Security Disability in December of 2025 and despite my life threatening disease my application stayed in limbo for over two months without progress. Very disappointing! From the very start the attorney seemed uninterested, always too busy, had several different paralegals schedule calls and never showed up for the calls, obviously they cannot keep paralegals as it seems like they changed weekly. The attorney missed important deadlines with MSPB such as submitting discovery and ultimately dropped the appeal without consent from the plaintiff. I had to initiate contact after the govt shutdown , they are a poor excuse for a federal employment law firm. Take my advise and go elsewhere !!!
