Very disappointed with lack of transparency within their pricing structure. Before signing an engagement letter I spoke at length with one of the CPAs who explicitly told me the price would come in close to a certain figure. Upon receiving my bill I was shocked to find the total 40% higher than what was explained up front with no explanation as to why.
