The hubs & I have been going to Tim at R&J for, I believe, 27 years. Superb service, excellent staff. I know they had a rough time this year as he lost some staff during the busiest time of the year. We got a little nervous at times and expressed it, but they still dealt with us in a kind, professional manner. They made it right in the end with a huge reduction in our normal fee. Tough times abound for everybody everywhere this year! Let’s hope next year will be better for everyone. Our plan is to continue to use R&J for another 27 years. They know their stuff, they are the best!!!

We have been with them for about 10 years. We were very satisfied with the service and price. Last year the customer service dropped to almost nothing and I felt like we were doing the work ourselves through their portal but still was charged normal amounts. You have to upload each document, enter all amounts in, and if you have a question you have to wait two days to get an answer. I have limited time to work on it. Turbo tax is much cheaper with the the same level of customer service. I gave R and J the benefit of the doubt since COVID made things difficult last year and used them again this year. The price increased this year but I still felt that I was doing the work myself. I thought we were done and everything filled and then I got a message saying I owe an additional $25 and my taxes won't be processed until it is paid. I have waited 3 weeks thinking everything was done and didn't get the message until looking into why I hadn't got my refund. I will not be returning to them. I'm very disappointed with the level of service.

I have always been beyond satisfied with my service received from this office! Everyone is very nice and extremely helpful! In the past I have used another tax firm, and when I switched to R&J I had Tim go over 3 previous years' taxes. He found money for me from previous filing years, and I feel confident he continues to work to put me in the best possible position year after year regarding my taxes. I have and will continue to highly recommend this office!

Been going to R&J for almost twenty years. Service has declined in recent years. Last year a simple w2 tax return was postponed till few days from IRS deadline after the extention given. After several calls/texts/e-mails was told they were working on higher priorty cases. Gave them benifit of doubt cause last year was crazy. I pulled up to the office just today. Sign on door said closed, use drop box. No cars in the parking lot. During tax season? Went to H&R Block tax return was filed in less than 1 hour in person, 40$ cheaper. Will not be a returning customer

I've used R & J for 30+ years, they were the best in town. Rosie would be appalled at the service her customers have got in the last 2 years. I'M DONE!
