I am beyond thankful for Attorney Napolitano. He took charge of our case from day one and truly made a miracle happen. I met Michael from looking up a tax attorney and his rating was awesome so I called him to help me with my tax situation. He met with me right away and made me feel very comfortable dealing with him. No pressure techniques just honest and caring questions and answers He did exactly what he said he was going to do to help me in my situation. He is a calming force yet strong and take charge attorney He was always available to answer any and all of my questions. Thanks to him. He was able to have taxation reduce my total paycheck levy and get them to agree to an affordable payment schedule I would like to thank him publicly for he saved me from an unbelievable position I was I. No one thinks they need a lawyer for help until something happens. You then start your search, it's one of the most important times, after all your putting your faith, personal business, trust and life into the hands of someone you don't know. I was one of the lucky ones I found Mike, I called him briefly explained my situation and he made an appointment for the next morning. The minute I walked in I was met by Mikes secretary; she was extremely kind and personable and helpful than Mike came out we sat down and with his true professionalism and calming manor we talked, I explained that my wife was so upset and nervous she would not go in and stayed in the car, Mike immediately got up went out to the car and spoke to my wife assuring her she didn't have to be nervous or upset not to worry he was there for us and at that moment and under extreme circumstances it was truly a blessing and relief for my wife and I to have someone like Mike, he made us believe that our problems mattered just as much to him as they did to us. It was nice to have someone as skilled, professional, and personable on our side. Every time I would call with a question he would take my call, if he was out, he would call me back the same day. We are deeply appreciative for all he has done; he goes above and beyond what you would expect, he truly cares about his clients. We walked in expecting a lawyer and walked out with a great respected friend.
