I had a question about a settlement payment from my insurance company following major storm damage to my home. I received a call from the attorney within a few hours of my request. I use them through Legalshield and they are great lawyers!!! It's the billing clerical people that are awful. Even though I pay them on time they 'strongarmed' me into giving them my credit card number and I told them it was a one time only payment. Now they won't quit using it along with discontinuing to send me a paper bill. I told them to stop and they said I don't have a membership card on file even though I have been with them for many years.

you did all you could do, but it was not enough. The Amp Smart insisted on charging us. I even stopped  the auto pay from our bank but that did not get their attention. Just by luck. A new security company came by. They said they would buy them out and they were 20$ cheaper a month also so that is how this story ended up. We have the new equipment in since July 28th.
