Arturo Rios will steal your money and not help you! My wife gave this guy $10,000 in January of 2021as a retainer, we didn't even hear a thing from this firm from July 26th 2021 - February 2nd 2025... NOT A THING, we actually have had more communication through this google review than we have had about her case. But according to your response to this review, her case is moving along quite nicely????? Her removal/deportation case from a minor charge in 2012 that she completed all court required steps only to be stoped at customs returning from a trip in 2016 Update.... My assertion is incorrect? Really Arturo? Show us anything you've done to help my wife? Show us that you have done nothing but send 5 emails in the course of 5 years? Have you filed a thing? Did you even call us to tell us you kicked the can down the street 2 more years to 2027? No! you didn't. We had to find out when she called about the supposed court date in April you never told us about until we left this review, and then you scrambled to get something scheduled because you forgot you took 10K and did nothing for it! MY WIFE DOESNT EVEN KNOW HER STATUS! HASNT HAD A GREEN CARD SINCE 2016! HIRED YOU TO RESOLVE THIS IN 2021 FOR $10,000 DOLLARS! AND YOU HAVE DONE NOTHING BUT SEND US 5 GENERIC EMAILS WITH ZERO UPDATES ABOUT HER STATUS OR CASE. But apparently that's moving along nicely. PROVE US WRONG? DO YOUR JOB, or GIVE HER THE 10K BACK SO WE CAN HIRE A REAL IMMIGRATION ATTORNEY.

We were recommended this firm through a friend. I called and made an appointment and the receptionist did Not mention we'd have to pay $120 for the consultation. We came in at 10:07 sat in the waiting room for 2 hours just for them to say "Wait until you go to court and then we'll see" they knew a court date was scheduled and could've just said wait to come in until after your court but nope (Edit to add) I wouldn't make up that the receptionist didn't mention the $120 fee she asked questions and truthfully didn't say that. I even was walking out and reached the door to get out when she yelled THE PAYMENT ? My problem is why schedule a consult if she asked about having court and I told her we had court over the phone to drive over, sit there for 2 hours & PAY $120 just to hear WAIT UNTIL YOU HAVE COURT.
