I contacted this firm in mid Oct 2025 and spoke with the receptionist who was the ONLY point of contact, explained my situation and was then told by her that I had 2 weeks to act on it before the statue of limitations expired! She proceeded to asked for my information over the phone which she claimed to be writing down but apparently she wasn't paying any attention!;She told me how much time I had to file & purposely responded back with a B.S. denial email more than 2 weeks after the statue of limitations had expired with inaccurate info/dates that I've never mentioned anything about which is why it was an email and not a call ! NO ACCOUNTABILITY AT ALL! If your a receptionist at a law firm at least you could take down accurate information! Your representation at this firm spoke volumes! Thanks for the RED FLAGS!!

Our experience closing on our new house with Ryan Malet at Shulman Rogers was fantastic, and dare I say, quite painless. Ryan guided us through the process every step of the way; making himself available to answer our questions promptly and always in terms that we could understand. On the day we closed we were treated with the utmost personal care and professionalism. The conference room we signed the paper work in even had a classy personal touch: a congratulatory note with a picture of our new home, our real estate agent and our mortgage financing team. I highly recommend Ryan and Shulman Rogers and thank them for a job very well done.
