Chelsea took my case when so many others turned me away. Not only did she take my case, but she negotiated a pleasing settlement so that I didn’t have to go through an ugly court battle. I felt heard, seen, and respected. She was available, prompt in her responses to my inquiries, and professional. She was a bulldog when it came to getting what I needed. She’s smart and diplomatic. Chelsea Cusimano helped us out tremendously when we had trouble with my son's school. She was very knowledgeable about processes that were intimidating to us and prepared us very well for them. She had a lot of patience with my son and made sure he felt comfortable every step of the way. We ended up with very favorable results (it wasn't an issue we could win or lose). If we ever have trouble again, Chelsea will be our first call.

We heard that they delete bad/true reviews so hopefully this one stays up. Don’t hire them if you want your attorney to advocate for you. Uncaring, nonchalant, lazy, and non-responsive. Graham Williams, our attorney, actually told the *opposing attorney* that he was “dealing with a very agitated client”. We’re not sure if they were buds or not and not sure whose side he was on. Aren’t clients supposed to be “agitated” if they’re in litigation? And he told the opposing counsel that he had to “deal” with us. He couldn’t care less. Wanted to add proof of the screenshot of the email but no way to upload. GO ELSEWHERE.
