I cannot say enough good things about The Daugherty Law Firm. From start to finish, they were professional, responsive, and genuinely cared about my situation. David handled my criminal related matter and was exactly who you want in your corner. He was knowledgeable, calm under pressure, and very direct about what to expect. He explained everything clearly, stayed on top of the case, and made a stressful situation feel manageable. You can tell he truly knows criminal law and takes his clients seriously. Kate handled the family law side of my case including custody and child support, and she was incredible. She was thorough, compassionate, and extremely detail oriented. She took the time to understand my concerns and made sure my child’s best interests were always the priority. Her communication was excellent and I always felt informed and supported. David R. Daugherty at The Daugherty Law Firm is absolutely incredible! He handled my stepdad’s case, which was a serious DUI, and managed to get the charges reduced to reckless driving. Thanks to his expertise, my stepdad only had to pay a small fine and complete an ASAP course. David was professional, thorough, and kept us informed every step of the way. The Daughtery Family Law Firm is THE firm to go with. I have had Mr. Daughtery as my attorney on a few different legal matters for over 25 years. Don Daugherty and his staff are outstanding, trust worthy, competent, and highly respected! They are true to their word and have a professional and superior work ethic!
