If I could give zero stars, I would. I want to warn everyone about using this firm. Mr. Swango is skilled at talking to you during the initial call, making you feel understood, and then handing your case off to another attorney you’ve never met, one who lacks the competence you expected from that first conversation. Their invoices show inflated hours, and while their rates match competitors, their service and professionalism do not. You can find better service for the same price elsewhere. They seem more interested in quick negotiations and settlements than in truly understanding your case. The attorney assigned to me didn’t understand my finances before, or even during, court. The opposing counsel was clearly prepared and dominated the room. When I called Mr. Swango to voice concerns about my attorney’s incompetence, he actually cursed at me while I remained calm and collected. I have an audio recording of this call; contact me if you’d like to hear the level of unprofessionalism firsthand. Don’t be misled by Mr. Swango’s initial attentiveness. He will pass your case to someone else and you will not get the genuine care and attention you deserve for the money you’re paying. PS. Don’t believe me still, go check the YELP reviews.
