I really appreciated the time and energy of Erik and Diana. They were patient, knowledgeable, and consistent thru every step of the process. Making the anxiety I felt going thru a modification so much easier to cope with. Both as a team work wonders to help you make a plan for your case and see it thru to the end. Erik and Diana were exceptional with their service. They were very thorough from the consultation all the way until the end of my case.
