I recently had a conversation with Alexander from the team and also spoke directly with Attorney. Both assured me that I am eligible for VAWA and they were supportive and understanding. I am fully ready to move forward with the case and even make the initial payment without delay. However, the only concern I respectfully want to bring up is the timeline. I was told it may take up to 6 months to file, but due to personal and genuine reasons (which Alexander is already aware of), I have humbly requested if it can be done within 3 to 4 months instead. I have already shared this request with Alexander and I now kindly request Attorney Moumita to personally look into this matter once. I'm committed to begin the process as soon as I get a green signal. I truly appreciate the professionalism and guidance so far and I hope my request can be considered with some flexibility. I am posting this review on behalf of my husband. My husband is very satisfied and happy with how his case has been handled so far. After multiple consultations with other attorneys and basically being told that he didn’t have a case, we started to get very discouraged and wondering where to go from there. Thankfully one day scrolling on Tik Tok I came across one of attorney Moumita lives. I watched and I was intrigued but I thought there was no use in interacting, we would probably just get the same response we got from the other attorneys. Days went by and I kept coming across her lives I would listen and think to myself wow she really knows her stuff and also seems like someone that would fight for her clients. We decided to take the leap of faith and schedule a consultation. From the moment we talked to her staff we felt the difference. Even after the consultation they continued to reach out to my husband to gather as much information as possible to determine if he would have a strong case. ( my husband’s situation is a bit complex) After being told NO several times from other attorneys we finally got a call from Moumitas office telling us YES and if we would like to proceed. I truly believe Moumita and her staff were put on our path for a reason. Although we have not had the pleasure of speaking directly to Moumita herself her staff has been absolutely amazing which I believe is a true reflection of her and how she runs her business. They have been straight forward with us from the beginning and have also answered any questions or concerns we might have.
