I had lost all hope after visiting so many different lawyers, all of whom told me that marriage was my only option. When I brought up my story to another lawyer, they completely brushed me off and didn’t take me seriously. I thought I wasn’t eligible for anything and almost gave up. I decided to try one last time, and that’s when I found Moumita Rahman. Moumita’s team actually listened to my full story. They were patient, empathetic, and thorough. And after hearing everything, they confirmed that I was actually eligible for a type of relief visa and they gave me hope. They made me feel heard and supported from the very beginning. Only after listening to my story and confirming I was eligible did they ask for the consultation fee for a more thorough consultation, and even then, they continued to treat me with incredible kindness and care. When I hired them, they even sent me a very cute goodie bag. It was such a sweet and thoughtful gesture that made me feel truly valued. They worked so thoroughly on my application, leaving no detail overlooked. For the first time in a long time, I finally have hope. Hiring Moumita Rahman and her amazing team was the best decision I made, and I will always be grateful for their help and compassion.

UPDATE: Thank you for reaching me out on Sept 15,2025 and updating about my case. The only thing I would say is communication is the key. So I hope moving forward, firm will keep me in loop and updated about my case. I agree with you, so many things might have change with the new administration. However, it was not fair to me when the same changes are not conveyed. when the timeline extends from 4-5 months to 8-9 months as it does creates insecurity, confusion and scary situation. I will update the ratings as my journey goes. I contacted this firm on Jan 14, 2025. I was told by the Evaluation call specialist that my case is strong and I had all the required documents. I paid in full on Jan 15th. I was told that case will be applied in 4-5months after payment. I got the welcome packet and a gift cup which was great. I thought I was in right hands and this firm is different and actually take action on what they commit. but I was SO WRONG. Now today mark 8 months and my case is still not applied and this firm has changed so many people to whom my case was assigned, which makes it so difficult for me. The latest point of contact for me is someone who never fulfill his promises. On the contrary, I reach out to them multiple times through calls and messages but still no answer making me feel like I am nobody to them and they don't care at all. This is not the service I paid for. This is not the treatment I was expecting from Moumita's firm where she shows a hope and commitment in her videos. But I am highly disappointed to inform that it is exactly opposite. They don't care at all. They only needed my money and make me feel more harassed than I already was. They showed FALSE hope, FALSE care, and FALSE safety. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't believe in those videos, that is how I got trapped. They commit a lot but don't fulfill those and always fail to update you or keeping you in loop. Anyone need any details, please feel free to reach out! I hope it will help people.
