I am beyond grateful for the help Mr. Perez offered me so I would not be without a home during the winter months. I have never been summoned to court for something I did not do, and Mr. Perez gently and kindly walked me through the process. Mr. Perez gave me soothing advice during the times I felt overwhelmed. It's hard to feel calm when you realize you are being taken to court be someone who once called you a friend, and they are trying to damage your name and leave you homeless. However, Mr. Perez handled my case with the upmost professionalism. With his help, I was able to secure housing while avoiding court. I do not have this case on my permanent record, as Mr. Perez was able to have my case dismissed!!!! I would hands down recommend this law firm to anyone who is need of help!

This Lawyer the only good thing about him is he always is answering your questions, until the money is in his pocket , after that he always going to be busy to reply important matters in your case, only thing going to do it is put you in worse position . I dont him recommend him at all. Waste of money .
