Despite numerous warnings from fellow Bulgarian colleagues and friends who had already experienced the consequences of Ms. Krilchev’s inadequate competence, our company proceeded to retain her for a critical matter. This proved to be a costly and deeply regrettable decision. The quality of service we received was unequivocally among the worst legal experiences our organization has ever encountered. Repeated errors occurred across all filings—errors identified not by counsel, but by the client. Nevertheless, documents containing these mistakes were submitted without final client authorization, resulting in denials, an appeal, and a subsequent denial. When confronted, Ms. Krilchev acknowledged the errors but dismissed them as “clerical,” deflecting responsibility onto her staff. These failures cost our company three years and tens of thousands of dollars, in addition to the fees paid to her. Her lack of subject-matter knowledge, consistently unprofessional conduct, and unmistakably arrogant attitude compounded the damage at every stage of the process. Despite assurances that she would assume all expenses to correct her mistakes and refile the same case for the 3rd time, Ms. Krilchev ultimately refused to honor that commitment when the time came to cover the costs. As a result, we were compelled to terminate her services and retain new counsel to file the same matter for a 4th time. Ms. Krilchev still owes our company $3,500, which she has refused to refund. Notably, this amount represents only a small fraction of the overall financial loss we incurred by engaging her services. Our company will never engage her services again, nor can we recommend them under any circumstances.
