Attorney Rosina Stambaugh and her amazing team deserve every bit of praise. They took on my very difficult immigration case after my dad—the petitioner—passed away. Despite the complexity, they worked tirelessly and were able to get my humanitarian reinstatement approved and my I-130 successfully reinstated. Because of their dedication and expertise, I was also able to include my son in the reinstatement process. We both recently attended our visa interviews, and I’m incredibly grateful to share that **both my visa and my son’s visa were approved**. They are now ready for pickup at the location we chose with the U.S. Embassy in Manila. Throughout the entire process, Attorney Rosina and her team were compassionate, professional, and truly committed. They kept me informed, answered all my questions with patience, and handled every challenge with confidence and care. I cannot thank Attorney Rosina Stambaugh and her team enough. I do not have enough good things to say. The law firm keeps you updated every step of the way, is very friendly and very thorough. The process started with a zoom meeting to discuss the case. Attorney Stambaugh was very attentive to all details, explained the process thoroughly, and advised of next steps. Someone from the lawfirm called us each time there was an update on the case. We used a portal to communicate back and forth as well; this allowed for organization in all aspects of the case -- sending messages, uploading documents, viewing bills & outstanding balances, and events (USCIS appointments, zoom calls with attorney etc). The case documentation was so thorough and complete that our USCIS immigration officer said she didn't have that many questions to ask. She said that she has not seen such a complete file as ours in a long time and really appreciated it. The officer said it made her job so much easier reviewing everything and seeing that my husband and I had a true relationship. We are very thankful for all of the hard work everyone put into our case, and will be retaining their services when it comes to 10-year green card & citizenship processing.

Spent $50,000 to get no where. We might as well have voluntarily deported to Columbia right away instead to lose $50,000 and 6 months in a prison with horrific living conditions. The judge implied that Rosina did not make adequate preparations even though Rosina continually told us that we had a strong case and everything was fine, the judge seemed to have a different opinion. If it was necessary to have witnesses present then we should have been told this and made sure it was done. Would it have made any difference to the judge? Thinking about the current state of our justice system in America, probably not. Therefore it is most likely best to save your money, return to your native country and get away from USA. America has lost its soul and foundation, and is due for a catastrophic collapse or revolution. The rich have gotten richer than has ever been recorded in history and the poor have gotten poorer. Oscar and staff did communicate well and were responsive to inquiries but in the end it was a total loss. Hi Rosina, thanks for the reply. I had the impression, personally, that your office was doing a good job. These comments were coming directly from your client. This is what he told me when we spoke on the phone. Maybe you should follow up with him. He felt very disappointed with the outcome and cost. I changed from one start to two stars since you did provide a reasonable response.
