Brandon Bernstein is an excellent choice if you need a family lawyer who is tough, fair, and dedicated to helping clients get the best outcome. I was fortunate enough to hire Brandon when – years after my divorce was finalized – without any warning, my ex moved a thousand miles away with one of our children, giving me no access and leaving our other child with me with no support. My divorce lawyer recommended Brandon for a high conflict situation like this, and he absolutely delivered, even though this meant he had to go before a judge three times in 10 days as the other side filed one appeal after another. Brandon was very honest and realistic with me about the potential burdens and costs if my ex continued pulling out all the stops to delay a trial, and he was extremely fair in working with me through another two years of one thing after another until he finally got me my day in court. Brandon is no longer an upcoming star in the world of attorneys, he is an unstoppable supernova! The best man for the job! I interviewed many divorce attorneys before I met with Brandon personally in his office and when I walked out of that interview I knew in my mind at tha moment this is the one! Brandon delivered . He did exactly what he said he would do and I am so grateful and happy that Brandon made such a difficult period in my life so much more easier to deal with. Brandon Bernstein is the one and only lawyer you will need. This is my second time working with him and I trust his judgment completely. He is VERY knowledgeable of the laws and answers all my worries and concerns I had about my case. I do not like confrontation, but Brandon was the strong force I needed on my side.
