I cannot recommend Kristy Garside enough. When my father unexpectedly had to go into a nursing home, our family found ourselves in need of a lawyer to help us navigate the complex Medicaid process. After speaking with several attorneys, it wasn’t until I spoke with Kristy that I truly felt someone understood what we were going through. The situation was incredibly stressful, but Kristy’s compassion, patience, and kindness made a world of difference. She met with me twice before I even decided to hire her, taking the time to explain everything clearly and ensuring I understood the entire process. Living on the West Coast, I was trying to help my mom gather all the necessary documents for the Medicaid application. Kristy went above and beyond by visiting my mom at her home several times to collect paperwork so my mom didn’t have to drive to the law office. Throughout the process, Kristy was always quick to respond, answering all my questions promptly and thoroughly. Her dedication and personalized service made this difficult journey so much easier for our family. I would hire Kristy again in a heartbeat.

I worked with Jeremy Howe in the Spring of 2019 and was very pleased with my experience. Jeremy's 40+ years of legal experience shone through every interaction. I live in Seattle, and it came to my attention that my deceased Mother had a small estate to settle back in Jamestown, R.I. The law firm of Howe and Garside, LTD. was recommended to me. After conferring with Mr. Howe, it was decided that Fallon Hirsch would be the lawyer to handle this. After hearing stories from friends, of very long waits for these kinds of affairs to be settled, I was most pleasantly surprised that it went so quickly - less than 10 weeks!! Fallon Hirsch was very personable to do business with and was very efficient. Also, the cost was most reasonable! I would highly recommend her and this law firm to anyone who needs legal help.

Jeremy Howe was appointed GAL during my divorce in Newport. He demonstrated extreme bias against me and always favored my wealthy ex-wife and her attorney. When called upon by the judge to speak about our case his first words to the court were always about how much money I owed him. His appearance and speaking manner are unimpressive.
