I would like to express my disappointment with the interaction I had during my recent call. I was not calling about a legal case — I was simply trying to provide information about a service that could be beneficial to the firm. However, the receptionist refused to give me her name and abruptly hung up the phone while I was speaking. This behavior is unprofessional and leaves a very negative impression regarding the firm's customer service and treatment of potential partners or service providers.

James is an exceptional defense attorney who fought for my brother. He helped my brother in a difficult VPO case that was preventing him from seeing his child—and he successfully got the VPO removed in regard to the child. Unfortunately, our judicial system is very biased against men! We need more defense attorneys like James to advocate for men who face false abuse accusations!
