The W2 Group is a very responsive and down-to-earth (they listen and explain their methodologies in a very relatable way) accounting firm. Jeff has been my CPA for the last several years (at least 7) and he has done an incredible job at managing my tax returns and making sure I maximize all the tax benefits owed to me as a full-time small business owner. We worked with The W2 Group this fall, to bring our financial policies and systems up to snuff to comply with US gov't funding standards. We are a small business so many of the requirements are a big lift for a small business; W2 helped us get through it all. They answered our questions (we had a ton!), took calls in the evening when we were on-site during the day with our own customers, and had lots of patience with us as we learned to navigate this new system. We recommend them to other small businesses and we will definitely work with them as needed in the future.
