They are indeed very nice, but gave us a lot of false hope and made us feel like the case was “extremely easy”. They gave wrong advice that dug us a huge hole. They failed to disclose really important details that are now costing us our family union, also they have no idea how to deal with actual logistics (address changes/ administrative delays/ jurisdiction rules in case you have to move). They are good people and I believe they do it in good faith… but me and my spouse’s case is now facing a lot more scrutiny because of their lack of realistic risk assessment. Don’t believe them if they say the case is rock solid unless you spoke to other lawyers too. Ours was an Adjustment of status case, don’t make our mistake
