I would recommend West & Dunn to anyone needing help with a VA claim. At the beginning I spoke with Attorney Dunn and was given all the information on how everything would proceed . Throughout the process I had many questions which were promptly answered by Samantha Cunningham. If I ever need any help with a claim in the future I definitely would use this firm again. What they do for Veterans is invaluable.

I am writing this to explain the 5 star review I am giving West and Dunn's representation of my case. I had sustained both head and body trauma while in service, but I was having great difficulty focusing on the subject matter due to the head trauma. This is NOT a critique of the county VA representatives, it is a critique of my inability. Krista Landry was my representative with West and Dunn, and she was exceptional! I had a lot of questions that needed explanation for me, that probably is not the case for most people. She explained the steps in the process, potential outcomes from each step and what my options were dependent on the result given to us from the VA. I cannot overstate the effect of her calm reassurance and detailed responses to my questions. Before working with Krista I was in a constant state of confusion and insecurity of what was happening. It is impossible to overstate my gratitude for her patient and steadfast representation. I have no doubt that her professionalism is a great characterization of everyone in the West and Dunn organization, from the receptionist to the partners. Thank you West and Dunn.

West and Dunn were an amazing team of people to work with! As a former Airborne Infantryman, it was hard dealing with the VA, trying to prove how the injuries I sustained across dozens of jumps are service related, even though I had a bunch of medical evidence to prove it. But after I reached out to West and Dunn, they fought hard on my behalf throughout the frustrating VA process, and helped get me the benefits I deserved. I would highly recommend at least a consultation with them, they were great at communication and very professional.
